📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain features and internal tools for the Huntress Managed Security Portal using Ruby on Rails and related technologies. • Translate acceptance criteria into functional workflows, data models, and clean, maintainable code. • Collaborate closely with security researchers, platform engineers, and SOC analysts to deliver solutions that strengthen detection and response capabilities. • Implement and refine data processing pipelines to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets. • Ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough code reviews, automated and manual testing, and attention to performance and scalability. • Contribute to team discussions on technical design, estimation, and continuous improvement of development practices. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and support.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience developing complex software products • 2+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails • Experience reviewing code, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting • Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo • Experience with Clickhouse database • Experience with AWS Cloud Environments • Experience building cybersecurity products or building a SOC platform • Experience with JavaScript • Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure • Experience with databases such as Postgres
