📋 Description
• Manage a portfolio of clients and projects, leading complex technology implementations • Drive business development as industry and solution experts • Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs • Manage executive-level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations • Define and manage program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with industry best practices and Oracle capabilities • Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field • 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience • 7+ years of experience in Engineering & Construction industry • Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations • Proven track record of business development and revenue generation ($2M+ annually) • Experience working with Oracle alliance and co-sell models • Strong experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations • Ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements • Willingness to travel up to 75%
