📋 Description

• Lead our Paid Search function and take ownership of complex, international client accounts • Develop modern Paid Search and full-funnel strategies — data-driven, cross-channel, and focused on sustainable growth • Translate strategic objectives into clear priorities for operational execution and ensure resources are deployed where they'll have the greatest impact • Build a strong testing and learning culture: with hypotheses, experiments, clear learnings, and concrete recommendations for action • Evaluate new platform features, formats, automation and AI capabilities, and turn them into scalable standards for the team and clients • Advise clients and internal stakeholders as an equal strategic sparring partner on performance, growth and development • Set professional standards for methodologies, quality, account structures and strategic approaches in Paid Search • Coach and develop colleagues professionally and strengthen the team in day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in Paid Search, SEA or Search Advertising • Strategic understanding of performance marketing, business objectives, data and digital growth levers • Experience with complex account structures, automation, Smart Bidding, Performance Max and modern search setups • Analytical thinking: you identify patterns, set clear priorities and derive concrete recommendations for action • Testing mindset: you develop hypotheses, run structured tests and systematically improve accounts • Confident presence in client consulting, sparring and presentations • Structured, self-driven working style • Business-fluent German (C2); English skills are an advantage
