📋 Description

• - Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage B2B prospects • - Qualify leads based on need, budget, and buying readiness • - Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team • - Maintain accurate records in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce • - Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers on targeting and messaging • - Provide feedback to improve cold calling scripts and outreach strategy • - Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked

🎯 Requirements

• - 1+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales • - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • - Familiarity with sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), diallers, and prospecting tools • - Confident in making cold calls and navigating gatekeepers • - Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ChatGPT • - Self-starter with a reliable remote setup (laptop, high-speed internet, quiet workspace)
