📋 Description

• - Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in **French and English** • - Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries and regions • - Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives • - Personalize outreach strategies based on regional market insights and buyer personas • - Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting • - Track performance metrics and consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated) • - Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning in French-speaking regions

🎯 Requirements

• - 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation • - Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills • - Proven experience targeting or selling into French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec) • - Strong track record of exceeding outbound sales targets • - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills • - Highly self-driven, organized, and results-oriented • - Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is a must
