📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. • Develop and test audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies. • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures. • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximize performance. • Track and analyze campaign results, providing clear insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and drive consistent results.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. • Proven ability to launch, manage, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns. • Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM. • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing. • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. • Previous experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency (nice to have). • Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or client campaigns (nice to have). • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio (nice to have). • Experience with lead generation or e-commerce advertising (nice to have). • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page performance (nice to have).
