• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and discovery calls. • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities. • Track all sales activities and interactions in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales. • Proven experience with cold outreach and lead generation. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. • Experience selling to B2B clients or IT/SaaS companies.
