âą Identify, prioritize, and close new developers who integrate and use the company's platform to advertise their mobile applications âą Work proactively and efficiently with our CRM tool (Pipedrive) to align business processes âą Find effective solutions for the client's problems based on the capabilities of our platform and expertise âą Collaborate with internal teams like our Mobile Programmatic Experts and Data Science teams to maximize the customer experience âą Actively promote and develop Hybe.io products and increase its market presence âą Represent the company, its mission, values and achievements at industry events, trade shows and meetings with potential clients
âą 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales at a high level âą Effectively building a prospect list, with a strong ability to transition prospects into clients âą Have a track record of exceeding targets and Key performance metrics âą Comfortable with targets and a sound commercial awareness âą Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills âą You are fluent in English and a second European language (ideally German, Spanish or French) âą Knowledge of digital advertising market in Europe âą Have a good knowledge of digital advertising various related topics âą Know and effectively apply different sales techniques âą Be able to build friendly and trusting relationships with clients and the team âą Industry knowledge: Experience working at mobile gaming or mobile ad-tech company.
