📋 Description

• Serve as the program's UiPath expert with a deep understanding of Orchestrator behavior, package versioning, upgrade impacts, and system-level interactions. • Bridge communication between federal stakeholders, development teams, Oracle SMEs, and UiPath support using real-world platform experience. • Extend, refine, and enforce architectural patterns that go beyond basic RE Framework implementations while maintaining structure, consistency, and discipline. • Strengthen and evolve a platform designed for reliability, predictable recovery, and long-term maintainability. • Ensure automations remain robust—not fragile—as systems evolve, workloads increase, or external dependencies change. • Shape solutions that incorporate AI-assisted capabilities—including structured data extraction, document understanding, and basic NLP—as the client’s environment becomes ready to support them. • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, developers, Oracle SMEs, and federal stakeholders to align automation design with constraints and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years in architect or lead roles within complex enterprise environments. • 3+ years of direct UiPath development and architecture experience with strong understanding of orchestrator operations, system behavior, and upgrade impacts. • Expertise in Oracle EBS Federal Financials and automation within high-compliance or regulated environments. • Strong understanding of reliable, recoverable, secure, and auditable automation design. • Proficiency in API integration patterns, JSON, XML, and secure communication practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery and code reviews.
