📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day clinical data science activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes • Lead the design and implementation of data science strategies to enhance clinical trial data analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data requirements and analytical needs • Oversee the development of statistical models and analytical tools to optimize data interpretation • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for data analysis and visualization • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports, influencing project direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years in a Data Management role, including leading studies • Solid clinical data science experience • Strong expertise in statistical software and data visualization techniques • Experience with Veeva/Rave EDC • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills focused on translating data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams • Experience in Oncology therapeutic area • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
