📋 Description

• Define and execute the data and AI roadmap • Define required data and translate it into clear requirements for solution-building teams • Own data and AI projects end to end, from intent recognition and planning through execution, measurement, iteration, and coordination • Partner with Platform, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Product Design, Security, and Legal • Translate strategy into engineering-ready epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria in Scrum • Define and own data products, including data warehouse and data lake requirements • Define how product usage and outcomes are captured and analyzed, including analytics for LLM and agent interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Strong B2B experience • Proficiency in Scrum and Jira • Hands-on experience writing epics and stories • Proficient in English • Technical fluency to challenge engineering teams on architecture, data models, and trade-offs • Experience building or maintaining data products • Experience building AI-driven products preferred • Understanding of analytics capture and analysis, including LLM interfaces preferred • Direct experience working with AI and Claude, including having built agents, preferred • Experience setting up and defining data products, including data warehouses and data lakes, preferred • Scrum of Scrums experience preferred • Experience working as part of a globally distributed team of Product Leads preferred • Willingness to travel frequently if required
