📋 Description

• Lead and manage IDEA projects, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution and delivery • Collaborate with teams across innovation, data science, and technology to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within scope • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, provide regular updates on project status, and ensure alignment with strategic goals • Support the integration of emerging technologies and innovative solutions • Manage day-to-day Independent DMC and Endpoint Adjudication activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in innovation management, data science, project management, or a related field is preferred • Relevant experience in managing innovation or technology-driven projects • Endpoint adjudication experience preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Background in data management or technology systems being advantageous • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to driving innovation and achieving project success • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
