📋 Description

• Own end-to-end plans for assigned product initiatives, including scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and readiness criteria • Break ambiguous initiatives into discrete workstreams with clear owners • Track delivery against commitments and resolve cross-team dependencies • Facilitate dependency reviews, cross-team planning, and release-readiness sessions • Translate engineering blockers and technical trade-offs into updates for Product leadership and commercial stakeholders • Drive go-to-market readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success • Coordinate internal and customer-facing release communications, including release notes • Build repeatable templates, checklists, and delivery processes using AI tooling • Produce status reporting and run delivery cadences with development teams • Coordinate multi-team product initiatives from commitment through release

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project or program management experience • At least 4+ years embedded within a B2B SaaS Product or R&D organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience running delivery with software engineering teams and coordinating the go-to-market side of a product launch • Experience driving delivery for complex SaaS architectures, including API integrations, multi-tenant cloud platforms, feature flags, and continuous deployment release models • Working understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle and agile delivery practices • Technical fluency to discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers with engineers • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones • Track record of designing, implementing, or improving cross-functional delivery and GTM release frameworks
