📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites • Provide support and guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies • Monitor site performance metrics • Provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes • Contribute to clinical research activities and take responsibility for deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the UK • At least 1 year of Site Engagement Lead, Site Care Partner, Clinical Research Lead, or Clinical Trial Liaison type experience • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field • Extensive experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field • 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison type role • 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 6% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
