âą Coordinate project plans HRIS and integrated systems. âą Serve as lead technical SME and Super User for designated module within the HRIS application and application process. âą Develop and deliver custom reports for internal stakeholders such as HR and senior leadership, including reporting dashboards and metrics for various HR activities (i.e. headcount, turnover, etc.). âą Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions and/or alternate methods to meet business needs based on system capabilities. âą Coordinate with functional staff and lead system-related projects and initiatives, i.e. new releases, adoption and implementation of new functionality, and business process configuration changes, including planning, implementation, and testing. âą Research and implement system improvements to reduce error, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. âą Troubleshoot issues with in/out bound integrations. âą Develop training materials and guides for end users. âą Provide HRIS support for ongoing and annual HR initiatives assigned: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, learning, compliance training. âą Proactively audit data for quality, accuracy, timeliness and usability to ensure integrity of core systems, interfaces and reporting. âą Work on special projects as they arise.
âą Must be at least 18 years of age âą Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred. âą Minimum four (4) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and People Analytics is required. âą Previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and integrated modules (Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation) is required. âą Previous experience with ADP, Kronos (timekeeping) and Oracle HCM is preferred.
âą This is largely a sedentary role. âą This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. âą Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
