📋 Description

• Build a brand-new team from the ground up by hiring and developing up to 11 Account Executives • Own the full employee lifecycle and foster continuous learning • Define operational metrics, drive functional outcomes, and report results to executive leadership • Win new corporate clients and secure strategic partnerships • Support key deals directly to drive immediate and long-term success • Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive teams on shared goals • Represent Ideals in high-stakes customer interactions and industry events • Monitor market trends, competition, and best practices to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales • 5+ years of outbound Enterprise sales managerial experience • Professional sales background within the B2B SaaS industry • Solid expertise in system transactional sales, sales methodology, techniques, and negotiation practices • Experience managing small-medium teams of individual contributors across Enterprise sales teams • First-line management leadership skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • High energy and enthusiasm for driving results, achieving goals, and delivering exceptional customer experience • Role based in Texas, Tennessee, or Indiana • Experience in selling VDR products (nice to have)
