📋 Description

• Oversee and assist offices with working on commercial jobs and communicating with customers and insurance carriers. • Establish relationships with customers and adjusters from initial call to final invoicing. • Provide assistance with cost estimating on the job. • Manage the progress of jobs through the job management system. • Review estimates submitted by offices to confirm accuracy based on scope and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a relevant degree and/or experience. • A minimum of 10 years of relevant property insurance or restoration industry experience. • Property & Casualty (P&C) Adjuster License or experience. • Strong property damage estimating skills and experience. • Advanced operating knowledge of Xactimate. • Proficiency in managing a project or claim load.
