📋 Description

• Support the successful execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events through innovative event technology solutions • Build and maintain event registration sites and mobile applications using Cvent • Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with event goals • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements for multiple events simultaneously • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues before and during events • Manage and analyze event data, producing reports to improve future event outcomes • Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials • Train team members and stakeholders on event technology tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferred • At least three years of experience in event technology, event management, and/or project coordination • Minimum one year of experience in event technology administration, preferably utilizing Cvent • Proven experience supporting technology-driven events and registration platforms • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Exceptional critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Lists, and Smartsheet • Cvent certifications strongly preferred (Event Management, Event Management Advanced, and/or Attendee Hub) • Occasional domestic and international travel required
