📋 Description

• Own delivery of specific product features end-to-end within a quarter • Transform complex technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces • Apply human-centered design methods including success scenarios, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes • Formulate hypotheses addressing customer and business needs • Validate design decisions through quantitative and qualitative research • Use customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and measure design impact • Ship quarterly feature updates that influence team KPIs • Apply Object-Oriented UX to create reusable components and streamlined workflows • Use and contribute to the shared design system • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams as a strategic design partner • Participate in design discussions and internal community initiatives • Report directly to the Director of Product Design

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the UK • Proven experience in product or UX design, particularly within SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform environments • Experience in a cybersecurity company advantageous but not essential • Deep understanding of human-computer interaction • Proficiency in Figma • Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills • Experience using commercial AI tooling to accelerate the design process • Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineering partners, and external customers • Strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) • Experience grounding design choices in foundational human motivations • Strong growth mindset, including setting personal goals and giving and receiving constructive feedback • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
