📋 Description

• Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance, and finance • Design interactions for configuring AI agents, understanding their actions, reviewing decisions, and intervening when needed • Design onboarding and setup flows for connecting channels, adding properties, and quickly realizing platform value • Create booking and guest journeys for direct bookings, check-in, extensions, and upsells • Build reusable design-system components and consistent interaction patterns • Design website landing pages, feature visuals, and launch assets • Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation reviews • Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points • Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces • Collaborate with engineers on real data, edge cases, and technical constraints • Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and improve experiences after launch • Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and production • Identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design • Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows • Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping • Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and responsive design • Ability to simplify complex information without hiding what users need • Experience working directly with engineers and taking designs through production • Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback • High ownership and attention to detail • Ability to move forward while requirements are evolving • Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality, AI products, conversion optimisation, or front-end development is a plus • English proficiency is requested in the application form
