• Leading client research projects, end to end. • Take ownership of strategic insight work for senior pharma clients. • Translating insight into action. • Using the right mix of methods. • Converting opportunities into business. • Shaping the practice as we grow. • Powering our thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• You've established yourself as a senior within insights and strategy. • You've worked in pharma, life sciences or healthcare insights for several years. • You understand how the industry works, who the buyers are, and what good strategic insight looks like in this context. • You bring genuine expertise, ideally with a strong lifecycle focus within Commercial. • You think strategically, not just methodologically. • You're a strong communicator, especially with senior stakeholders. • You've owned key client relationships and final oversight for deliverables. • You're a connector.
