📋 Description
• As a Software Craftsperson III, manage production readiness and deliver features. • Promote a learning culture and mentor engineers. • Drive initiative-level improvements in flow and quality. • Use AI to accelerate design, testing, and delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of overall software engineering experience. • 2+ years of hands-on experience applying ML/AI in production. • Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript. • Hands-on experience building production applications using foundational LLMs. • Strong experience in prompt engineering. • Experience designing and operating scalable document processing pipelines. • Strong system design and LLMOps experience. • Working knowledge of web server ecosystems and relational databases. • Experience using source control and bug tracking systems.
