📋 Description

• Own feature-level design, delivery, and quality across backend and frontend applications • Build reliable, maintainable, and testable software using clean code principles and disciplined engineering practices • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering quality • Mentor peers and refine engineering practices • Participate in CI/CD and collaborative software development workflows • Identify potential bugs, code smells, and performance issues using AI • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI-assisted development • Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security • Explore and adopt emerging AI-powered tools and engineering workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Java development experience • Strong Java fundamentals • Experience with Micronaut or Spring frameworks • Understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and design patterns • Knowledge of Java Collections and Multithreading • Experience with Hibernate ORM • Familiarity with Gradle or Maven • Experience writing unit tests using JUnit • Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript • Understanding of Angular components, state management, data binding, routing, directives, and pipes • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Experience with relational databases • Experience debugging and performance tuning applications • Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices • Willingness to embrace AI-native development and use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Augment, and Claude Code
