It provides damper and hygiene engineering, compliance testing and related maintenance to facilities such as schools, universities, hospitals, government buildings, sports stadiums and private companies. As part of PTSG Fire Solutions, the firm supports facilities and property managers to meet regulatory requirements, offers training for staff, and integrates into wider specialist building services for the construction and facilities-management sectors.

📋 Description

• Inspect fire dampers and ventilation systems • Carry out fire damper inspections and drop testing • Clean commercial kitchen extract systems to TR19 Grease standards • Perform ventilation cleaning • Identify and report defects • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high professional standard • Team Leader: lead the team on site, manage productivity, maintain health and safety, and complete accurate reports with photographic evidence • Engineer: work alongside the Team Leader to deliver high-quality services across customer sites • Work across day and night shifts and travel as part of the working day

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning is preferred • Full UK driving licence • Valid CSCS card • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check • Practical, can-do attitude • Good physical fitness • Ability to work day and night shifts • Ability to work 10-hour days, including travel • Team Leader applicants must be able to lead site teams, manage productivity, maintain health and safety, and complete accurate photographic reports
