đź“‹ Description

• Serve as an advisor in all matters of employee relations and engagement • Lead full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio of business roles • Play a key role in forecasting and planning conversations, lead recruitment-related projects, and apply expertise to build strong relationships with managers • Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to InEvent requirements • Prepare monthly recruitment reports • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS • Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes. • Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions • Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company • Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns • Designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness • Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction • Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Portuguese and English • 2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding • Experience with HRIS • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Experience with hiring • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms • Be responsible, have a sense of urgency, and initiative • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities • Resilient to learn continuously in a startup • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
