📋 Description

• Develop and further enhance our internal dashboard (backend and frontend) • Build and maintain automations that make our processes more efficient • Work on external frontends — including our Expo mobile app and our Next.js website • Perform code reviews and actively contribute to our monorepo codebase • Long-term: progression toward a Tech Lead role

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js and React • Solid SQL skills (we use PostgreSQL with Prisma) • Fluent German language skills • Willingness to actively use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in your work • Nice-to-haves: experience with Prisma or other ORMs, familiarity with tRPC, experience with Expo / React Native, Kubernetes know-how, experience with AI SDKs (e.g., Vercel AI SDK) or integrating AI models into projects
