📋 Description

• Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Semiconductor/Telecom industry • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations • Own program governance and stakeholder management • Drive solution delivery, risk management, and business transformation • Lead programs across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance processes • Lead teams in complex multi-vendor and geographically distributed environments • Set up programs across IT, Business, and Change components • Define and apply program delivery frameworks • Prepare large proposals and program plans • Develop value-based propositions and review program financials • Lead proposal presentations for client organizations • Influence C-level client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Deep proven experience of the Semiconductor/Telecom industry • Delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor/Telecom or high-tech manufacturing environments • 15+ years of consulting experience • Deep knowledge of semiconductor/Telecom manufacturing processes • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning • Deep knowledge of demand management • Deep knowledge of procurement and sourcing • Deep knowledge of inventory and logistics • Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution integration • Deep knowledge of global finance operations • Ability to lead teams in complex environments with multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams • Experience working with global teams and leading locally and remotely based consultant teams • In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, Business, and Change components • Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply them practically • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders within client organizations • Substantial experience leading teams to prepare large proposals and program plans • Ability to facilitate leverage differentiators, such as specific consulting frameworks • Ability to articulate value-based propositions • Ability to own and review program financials • Ability to lead proposal presentations and create compelling client propositions • Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
