âą Define and document the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform âą Lead technical design sessions and mentor development teams âą Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems âą Establish robust platform governance policies and review code standards âą Present technical solutions to senior management and key stakeholders
đŻ Requirements
âą 7+ years of deep, hands-on experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem âą Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM âą Proven track record of designing complex system integrations and platform security architecture âą A collaborative communicator who can guide technical teams
