📋 Description

• Identify and build relationships with professional, administrative, and healthcare professionals to fulfill client hiring needs. • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed recruitment goals. • Understand detailed requirements of job descriptions. • Articulate job duties, client environment, process, benefits, and paid time off to potential candidates. • Maintain status on all recruiting assignments. • Build a pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs for quick fulfillment. • Screen applications, interview prospects, coordinate client interviews, etc. • Participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings. • Communicate professionally with executive leadership. • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent. • 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred. • Ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes. • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Professional interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. • Ability to overcome objections or roadblocks that may prevent candidates from moving through the process.
