📋 Description

• Provide first-line technical support to existing clients. • Respond to customer emails and support tickets daily. • Troubleshoot technical issues independently. • Consult customers regarding APIs and technical solutions. • Maintain knowledge of all products and services. • Document tutorials and FAQs to improve training materials. • Complete QA testing and provide product feedback. • Collaborate on potential customer issues proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a similar role. • Technical background with software and applications. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. • Experience in building or coding websites is a plus. • Exposure to programming languages such as Python is a bonus. • Experience with written customer support via ticketing system. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficient or native English speaker. • Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally.
