• Develop detailed solution designs • Collaborate with sales, partners, and end-clients • Gather and analyze customers’ requirements • Identify and evaluate solution options • Present designs to partners • Be a resource for partners to present solutions to end-users • Maintain relevant industry certifications • Represent SD&S to partners
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years technical experience • Deep understanding of customer needs • Ability to design and implement complex solutions • Lead and mentor junior Technical Solutions Engineers • Cultivate customer and vendor relationships • Four-year college degree or relevant experience • Minimum 5 years functional experience • Ability to contribute to processes and systems
