📋 Description

• Process onboarding in Greenhouse and Workday • Monitor onboarding tasks in ServiceNow • Process new hire and Greenhouse welcome activities • Troubleshoot integration issues • Provide current reporting to support compliance • Monitor new-hire candidate feedback • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and processing • Meet payroll processing timelines • Process and track referral payments • Initiate and monitor background checks, including references, employment, DBS, and qualifications • Ensure background checks are completed promptly and escalate concerns • Support invoice processing and payments when required • Process and audit Right to Work/I-9 documentation and visa information • Keep Workday records accurate and up to date • Develop positive relationships with team members and candidates throughout onboarding • Process letters, forms, and guidance materials and ensure brand alignment • Meet information-security and data-protection requirements • Participate in projects and continuous service improvement activities • Provide feedback on process and behavior improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines • Customer-focused, responsive, and proactive in identifying needs and resolving issues • Excellent customer service skills and ability to guide future employees through onboarding • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach • Detail-oriented and improvement-focused • Strong Microsoft Office skills • CIPD qualification or equivalent qualification is desirable, or willingness to work toward a relevant qualification • Experience with cloud-based HRIS, preferably Workday, is desirable • Experience with an ATS system, preferably Greenhouse, is desirable
