📋 Description

• This is a remote position; individual contributor on an agile software delivery team • Architect, design and deliver high-quality code by promoting and designing software development best practices • Solve complex problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion • Strongly influence the direction on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring systems & platforms • Identify key problems affecting the team and adopt innovative technical solutions • Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team • Design and develop scalable, high-availability, high-performance products • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned • Work for Innosphere, a remote-first technology staffing company providing managed teams and hiring solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related program and/or relevant experience • 7+ years professional experience building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices • Deep knowledge of C++ and best practices for building enterprise cloud native applications • Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, and web development in general • Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Must be currently residing in Canada and legally permitted to work in Canada • All applicants are subject to criminal, educational, and employment history background checks
