📋 Description

• Engage with potential participants primarily by phone in a virtual contact center environment • Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualify leads and prospective PACE participants • Complete 20–25 medical needs assessments by phone • Identify healthcare needs and determine program eligibility • Provide information about InnovAge services, benefits, and the enrollment process • Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in a CRM system • Manage follow-ups, appointment reschedule requests, and other communications • Schedule intake meetings with the Enrollment Representative • Meet or exceed monthly participant enrollment quotas • Contribute to sales strategies that improve lead generation and conversion rates • Deliver compassionate customer service and build rapport with seniors • Navigate complex care-needs conversations involving activities of daily living • Execute call scripts while tailoring conversations to participants’ communication styles and limitations • Enhance industry knowledge and internal processes through ongoing training and self-improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare experience working with the frail and/or chronically ill elderly population • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Commitment to exceptional customer service and compassionate care for the elderly population • Associate degree from an accredited college/university • Previous customer contact center experience in a high-volume/high-readiness environment preferred • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred • Familiarity with PACE/LIFE or similar elderly-care programs preferred • Multilingual preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Florida applicants must complete a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
