📋 Description

• Provide technical support to business analysts by attending customer meetings and supporting solution design during discovery and ongoing projects • Analyse business requirements and propose technical solution options • Gather technical and non-functional requirements and advise on their impact • Design technical architectures • Prepare high-level designs for customers • Prepare technical documentation for development teams • Support project managers and Scrum Masters with high-level estimates • Validate estimates with delivery teams and help ensure work is completed to specification and on time • Collaborate with project management and business analysts on roadmap planning • Work closely with development teams during design and implementation, providing support for difficult solution implementations • Interface with development and third-party infrastructure teams to analyse, optimise, and triage platform issues at a high level • Provide technical governance and conduct code reviews • Act as an internal Adobe AEM consultant, advising teams and clients on customer-facing digital platforms and experiences • Advise on technical and architectural approaches for implementations ranging from brochure sites to complex digital platforms • Support projects involving integrations with systems and APIs, including eCommerce, digital asset management, and product database/configurator services

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience with either HTML/JavaScript or Java in a full software development lifecycle • Experience developing websites and web applications, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager or a similar CMS • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements capture, planning, project estimation, and software design • Experience integrating multiple systems and APIs into websites • Experience building and consuming microservices • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM processes • Strong logical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience writing technical documentation • Experience in Java, Spring, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is desirable • Ability to support technical governance and code review • Ability to work with project managers, Scrum Masters, business analysts, development teams, clients, and infrastructure teams
