📋 Description

• Serve as the primary product partner to sales teams focused on new advertiser types, including payment providers, upper-funnel non-endemic advertisers, and ad tech providers • Help scale non-endemic advertising into a significant revenue line • Partner with sales teams focused on savings, in-store, and AI formats • Define the 0→1 strategy for each bet and own execution while aligning cross-functional teams • Define and prioritize incremental bets across the Instacart Ads ecosystem as initiatives mature • Communicate tradeoffs, progress, and results to senior stakeholders, including the GM of Ads • Shape new ad experiences across multiple user-facing surfaces • Partner with CPGs, retailers, customers, the Online Grocery team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management for ad formats, with a strong understanding of user-facing ad experiences • Track record of launching user-facing products and managing trade-offs between users and advertisers • Experience managing partners and vendors, including external technology providers • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, and cross-functional teams • Preferred: Experience with performance advertising products • Preferred: Experience taking new products from 0→1 in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Preferred: Background in ad tech, retail media, or a closely related domain
