📋 Description

• own the P&L for Instinct's Clinical Content business • own brand strategy and architecture across the portfolio • lead category positioning for Clinician's Brief, Plumb's, and Standards of Care • lead an AI-forward strategy for our content assets • own strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships • hold the standard for editorial quality, integrity, and clinical authority • make content the connective intelligence of the Instinct platform • lead, coach, and grow the content organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in clinical reference, scientific publishing, analyst research, or comparable expert content businesses • business unit leadership at scale • early adopter and power user of AI tools • direct experience leading a content business at scale • commercial fluency across pricing, packaging, partnerships, and channel • brand stewardship at portfolio scale • external category leadership • multi-brand portfolio leadership • clear point of view on AI in editorial work • genuine product and platform fluency • exceptional editorial judgment and unwavering commitment to scientific integrity • BS or MS in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
