📋 Description

• Lead, support, and develop a team of coaches • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management • Manage recruiting, interviewing, performance reviews, goal setting, time and attendance, and performance or conduct concerns • Ensure coaches deliver high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with InStride standards and clinical, operational, and safety expectations • Partner with therapists and care team members on complex patient needs, care concerns, and escalations • Manage team capacity, coverage, and workload, including occasional direct coaching coverage • Monitor team performance, care quality, and operational trends using data and team insights • Support adoption of department processes, workflows, and care-delivery updates • Represent coach experience and team needs across clinical, operational, product, and other cross-functional teams • Share team insights to improve care delivery, workflows, technology, and coach experience • Support department initiatives and organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field required • Demonstrated experience supervising and/or managing a team of professionals, ideally within a healthcare, behavioral coaching, or structured support environment • Strong understanding of behavioral coaching, evidence-based behavior change, and the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families • Ability to use performance data, team metrics, and qualitative insights to identify trends, support team performance, and inform decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to create a positive team environment, develop individual strengths, and support continuous improvement • Ability to assess complex situations, determine appropriate next steps, and recognize when issues require additional support or escalation • Comfort using technology, data, and digital tools to support team performance and care delivery • Demonstrated commitment to HIPAA compliance and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
