📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of district implementations of AI-powered instructional solutions • Serve as primary relationship holder for partner school systems and product developer partners • Track solution implementation, usage, HQIM-aligned teaching fidelity, impact signals, and unintended consequences • Monitor leadership, coaching, scheduling, and infrastructure conditions affecting teacher-practice changes • Engage product developers to understand product intent and feed implementation insights into product development • Design monitoring dashboards, observation protocols, enabling-conditions trackers, and review cadences • Design and deliver resources that build district and school leader capacity • Co-design launch experiences, professional learning sequences, and monthly partnership check-ins • Identify opportunities to scale internal-facing products and support service delivery • Own learning priorities, codify partnership insights into resources and field-facing artifacts, and align implementation resources across products • Coach and develop staff • Manage an Associate Director and collaborate with peer Senior Directors and product developers • Report to the Executive Director of Solutions Implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in K-12 education, instructional leadership, or implementation-focused consulting • Track record of improving outcomes for priority student groups • Mastery of designing and refining execution systems, including dashboards, implementation-support tools, monitoring protocols, and review cadences • Advanced ability to build high-trust relationships with district senior leaders and external partners • Deep knowledge of system-level leadership levers and HQIM-aligned instructional frameworks • Advanced understanding of AI-powered instructional tools and infrastructure, policy, and training conditions for effective integration • Mastery of managing multiple high-stakes partnerships simultaneously • Preferred: School or system leader experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States
