📋 Description

• Lead a dedicated agile engineering team in a blended Product Manager/Product Owner capacity • Own the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization • Drive the global strategy and roadmap for cloud data initiatives and AI-enabled capabilities • Build foundational enterprise-wide capabilities scalable across global markets • Translate cloud data and AI opportunities into product features improving user experience, self-service, and operational efficiency • Define the business and customer needs behind new capabilities • Partner with architecture, data, and regional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals • Refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and resolve operational blockers for the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience operating in a blended PM/PO capacity • Experience writing detailed user stories and actively managing agile backlogs • Practical familiarity with cloud data architectures, product data platforms, or AI-driven features in a software environment • Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value and actionable product requirements • High autonomy, decisive leadership, and strong accountability • Excellent communication skills and experience aligning global cross-functional technical and business partners • Solid experience as a Product Manager in an agile software environment • Experience with data-intensive products, cloud architecture, or AI-driven capabilities at scale is highly preferred • Must be located in and able to work standard hours within a UK or European time zone
