📋 Description

• Lead a dedicated agile engineering team in a blended PM/PO capacity, taking full ownership of the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization • Drive the global strategy and roadmap for product cloud data initiatives and AI-enabled capabilities • Build foundational, enterprise-wide capabilities once so they can scale seamlessly across global markets • Translate cloud data and AI opportunities into clear product features that improve user experience, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency • Apply a problem-led approach to define the what and why behind new capabilities, ensuring every initiative solves a real business or customer need • Partner with cross-functional architecture, data, and regional teams to align platform capabilities with broader business goals • Balance strategic planning with daily delivery, refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and resolving operational blockers for the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience operating in a blended PM/PO capacity, writing detailed user stories, and actively managing agile backlogs • Practical familiarity with cloud data architectures, product data platforms, or AI-driven features in a software environment • Strong ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value and actionable product requirements • Self-starter who operates with high autonomy, decisive leadership, and strong accountability • Excellent communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional technical and business partners globally • Solid experience operating as a Product Manager in an agile software environment • Experience working with data-intensive products, cloud architecture, or AI-driven capabilities at scale is highly preferred • Must be located in and able to work standard hours within a UK or European time zone
