📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for engagement and social functionality that makes the medication delivery app a daily-use product • Lead development of Circles, private user groups that support GLP-1 users and build community • Build and own the freemium loop for supporters, prospective users, and competitors’ existing customers • Apply behavioural design, growth loops, and clinical constraints to increase engagement • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and run multiple tests in parallel • Collaborate with design and engineering to refine product direction • Define and own metrics including weekly active users, retention, and freemium-to-customer conversion • Report directly to the Head of Product • Work with the Engagement Pod, including a product designer and lean engineering team • Ship and iterate in weekly sprint cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on consumer apps • Clear track record of 0-to-1 product development as a Senior Product Manager • Experience building social, community, and/or growth-focused conversion features • Understanding of user retention and referral mechanics • Fluency in freemium conversion, retention curves, and activation funnels • Ability to take ambiguous problems from hypothesis through roadmap and outcome independently • Strong data fluency and commitment to accurate, transparent metrics • Experience defining a new metric and/or refining a fuzzy metric • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research independently • Ability to run multiple tests in parallel • Ability to move quickly and ship in weekly sprint cycles • Sufficient overlap with European and US time zones, including mid-day Pacific Time, when needed • Nice to have: regulated or sensitive-category experience • Nice to have: early-stage startup experience • Nice to have: multi-sided product experience • Nice to have: AI-native product development experience
