📋 Description

• Manage key health plan relationships and support successful delivery of Home Health, PDN, LTSS, and DME services • Execute IHCS’s Client Success strategy through operational excellence and complex client implementations • Serve as liaison between clients and IHCS internal stakeholders to support client satisfaction and retention • Develop quarterly business reviews and client-specific strategic alignment plans • Ensure services comply with client expectations, contract terms, and regulatory guidelines • Track KPIs and SLAs and resolve performance issues • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and Provider Relations on client initiatives • Support onboarding of new client plans and product lines, including PDN, LTSS, and home infusion • Analyze claims, authorization trends, utilization patterns, and member outcomes • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and satisfaction • Support special initiatives and pilots, ensuring implementation and outcome measurement • Facilitate internal and external change management and communication strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare, marketing, or communications • 5+ years of experience in health plan client success • Strong operational knowledge of healthcare payers and providers • Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills • Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems • History of establishing and meeting work schedules within tight deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management and managing complex projects • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously • Experience using CRM or customer success software
