📋 Description

• Perform systems process analysis and design under direct supervision • Plan and perform research, design assessment, development, and integration assignments in a specific technical area • Analyze problems for resolution and gather information from client users to define work problems • Design systems of computer programs and procedures to resolve identified problems, where feasible • Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones • Communicate process changes clearly to impacted teams • Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 2+ years of technical experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in Agile delivery environments • Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau • Familiarity with process modeling techniques and notation, such as BPMN or workflow diagramming in Visio or Lucidchart • Experience supporting federal government clients or contracts • Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
