📋 Description
• Act as liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams • Support all enhancements as part of the production support team • Provide user support and education within HR • Conduct requirements gathering and defining scope and objectives • Researching business requirements and documenting relationships between application components • Implement new systems and conduct user training in the use of systems and applications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5-7 years of related professional experience • Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications (MS Project, Word, Power Point, Excel & Visio) • Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and practices • Deep subject matter expertise of at least 1 module of Workday HCM • Experience providing production support of HR Technology solutions
