📋 Description

• Cultivate the sales pipeline by monitoring all inbound channels, proactively respond to leads, and assign leads to sales reps based on territory definitions • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for moving leads rapidly through the marketing funnel; pinpoint areas of friction and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of the process • Qualify prospective customers to ensure alignment on timing and budget and overall fit with our ICP • Own initial introduction with prospective customers with a goal to convert leads into sales opportunities • Own personalized outbound multi-channel outreach campaign messaging and execution • Articulate and understand the breadth of Intellum’s product offerings • Understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new potential customers • Understand customer pain points and how to use them to create compelling sales messaging • Maintain and expand the database of prospective customers for the organization • Strategically partner with Marketing to create new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales or similar experience in a comparable role, and a keen desire and aptitude to begin a career in sales • A consistent track record of high achievement • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email, and webinar • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM system • Familiarity with Outreach tools (Gong Engage, SalesLoft or Outreach) • Strong problem-solving and skills • Process oriented and metric-driven • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals in a team environment • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop both personally and professionally • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results • Perform other duties as assigned
