📋 Description

• Deploy, configure and manage (maintain, support and update) the application-layer infrastructure components of TopSaúdeHUB products • Perform deployments to production environments • Administer, maintain and support applications and their operational environments with a focus on availability, stability and performance • Manage applications and systems in public and private clouds and on-premises, including IaaS and PaaS • Handle incidents, problems and service requests • Respond to high-complexity incidents • Investigate incidents and problems and perform root cause analysis • Participate in war rooms with customers and internal teams to resolve critical incidents • Manage OS, template and cloud updates • Install and validate patches • Implement improvements and task automations • Create and enhance monitoring, alerting and anomaly-detection solutions for our services and products • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and environment topologies • Support the handling of events generated by monitoring • Analyze and optimize environment performance and capacity • Propose and implement improvement solutions for the environments under administration • Monitor environment behavior after changes • Collaborate with development teams on problem resolution and continuous improvement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field • Postgraduate degree or MBA in an IT-related area (desirable) • Advanced knowledge in administration, deployment, support and troubleshooting of websites and web solutions running on Microsoft Windows Server with Microsoft IIS (Farms and NLB), Windows Services and Load Balancer solutions • Knowledge of Linux Server operating systems • Experience with SMB (Samba), Apache and Tomcat • Scripting experience in PowerShell or another language for task automation in server and environment administration • Knowledge of mission-critical environments, high-availability implementations and Disaster Recovery • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes)
