📋 Description
• Provide technical support for core LOS platform and integrated vendor relationships • Lead testing of upcoming system releases/enhancements, regulatory updates, configuration changes, etc. • Participate and in some cases, lead discovery sessions with business partners to refine and find improvement opportunities within the mortgage loan application process • Implement improvements to the workflow of the loan application process utilizing the LOS platform to the greatest extent possible • Act as a liaison between the LOS Administration team, lines of business, IT, and other areas in support of the Mortgage Loan origination process • Test upgrades and changes prior to implementing in our live “production” system, coordinate user testing when needed • Work with managers and personnel to identify and articulate business requirements, translate to functional requirements for necessary fixes, changes, and/or enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5 + years’ experience in mortgage industry highly preferred • 5+ years’ experience in loan processes from point of sale through servicing and secondary highly preferred • 3+ years’ experience working directly with the LOS (Encompass) required • Experience working with Motivity highly preferred
