📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices • Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of different audiences • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and customer support, to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field • Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry • Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
