• Personal, competent and independent point of contact for our clients on technical questions and advisory processes. • Establish contact with warm leads who have expressed clear interest in advice. • Conduct open, friendly consultations and create added value for clients through independent advice. • Coordinate appointments as well as the preparation and follow-up of advisory meetings. • Determine individual insurance needs in cooperation with a qualified team — on an independent basis. • Prepare financial-mathematical analyses that transparently reveal and compare insurance costs, both on a commission and fee basis. • Systematic and sustainable development and expansion of your client relationships.
• Ability to explain complex financial products simply and clearly. • Completed commercial vocational training in the insurance sector, ideally with a broker. • Alternatively, holding the 34d certification (German insurance intermediary qualification) is highly relevant. • Experience in the financial services industry, ideally as an advisor or consultant. • Sales experience is required. • Independent and goal-oriented working style. • Strong sales, service and customer orientation.
