• Use extensive experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Invisors’ Workday services • Coach internal stakeholders and develop sales strategy and win themes in collaboration with Workday and prospects • Own the end-to-end sales process and drive pursuits to successful outcomes • Develop and execute territory plans to increase sales pipeline and achieve growth targets • Manage relationships, quarterly roadshows, account cadence, and account next steps • Understand prospect needs, stakeholder preferences, competitor strengths and weaknesses, Workday concerns, and internal delivery recommendations • Develop pursuit strategies that leverage Invisors’ differentiation • Collaborate with solutions, leadership, and pursuit teams to create value, establish entry points, limit competition, and define solutions, timelines, effort, and pricing • Assemble pursuit teams, identify win themes, manage RFP responses and proposals, coach presentations, develop pricing strategy, negotiate proposals, develop statements of work, complete contracts, and transition work to delivery • Participate in trade shows, Workday conferences, and targeted local marketing events • Educate Workday customers and prospects about Workday and Invisors’ differentiators • Promote Invisors within the Workday organization and customer base • Identify prospects by mapping team relationships to target accounts and coordinating with Workday sales • Stay current with Workday functionality, benefits, and roadmap • Identify and share trends in customer needs around Workday deployment services • Help Workday position CoSell opportunities to expand SKU footprint • Build and maintain relationships with Workday sales and alliance stakeholders • Maintain post-sale prospect relationships to maximize referenceability • Track and update customer, prospect, stakeholder, and pursuit activity data
• Extensive experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills • Driven self-starter with a hate-to-lose mentality • Organized and proactive in tracking activity and progress • Extroverted and service-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing small company environment and adapt to frequent changes • Team-first approach and respect for sales, solutions, and delivery roles • Ability to lead and coach pursuit teams while incorporating expert feedback • Strong prospect-facing skills and ability to articulate ideas and align strengths to prospect needs • Ability to develop credibility and trust with stakeholders • Excellent presentation skills and active listening ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail in communications and deliverables • Strong functional or deployment knowledge related to Workday • Workday-related experience in sales, project governance, functional knowledge, or aligned business/industry knowledge • Knowledge of Workday solution areas such as HCM, Financials, Planning, or Extend/Built-on-Workday • Ability to derive stakeholder insights and translate them into actionable pursuit priorities • Creative problem-solving skills
